About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the daily monitoring of carrier performance, tracking deliveries, delays, incidents, and SLA compliance.
Drive operational follow-up with logistics partners, ensuring the definition, execution, and monitoring of action plans.
Analyze and track key operational indicators (lead time, OTIF, backlog, and incidents), ensuring visibility, control, and operational guidance.
Lead operational meetings and follow-up routines with logistics partners, maintaining necessary alignments and actions.
Manage incident resolution, including high-severity cases, with autonomy to escalate when necessary.
Support the Coordination team in control routines, continuous improvement, and decision-making based on data and analysis.
Contribute to the organization, quality, and reliability of databases, reports, and operational controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
Excel at intermediate level or higher;
Knowledge of BI tools.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of logistics KPIs
Experience with TMS systems or order-tracking tools.
