About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor operational indicators, projects, and initiatives within technology areas.
Support the consolidation of information and data for executive presentations and accountability meetings.
Assist in creating and maintaining executive and operational reports with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and business insight.
Work with data modeling, Power Query, and DAX to build analyses and automations in Power BI.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements and translate data into managerial insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed
Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
Knowledge of Power Query, data modeling, and DAX
Experience creating executive and management dashboards
Familiarity with KPIs, visual management, and performance monitoring
Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile management tools
Ability to translate technical data into easily understood information for both technical and executive audiences
Tools: Power BI, Business Map, ServiceNow
