About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform the calculation and reconciliation of ICMS and ICMS‑ST, ensuring accuracy in calculations and adherence to deadlines;
- Prepare and submit ancillary tax filings, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
- Support audits and respond to tax notices, providing analysis and technical assistance;
- Monitor and interpret updates to tax legislation, assessing impacts and risks;
- Prepare, review and submit obligations such as SPED Fiscal, GIA/SP, GIA‑ST, DECLAN and DAMEF.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Experience with tax routines focused on ICMS and ICMS‑ST;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office;
- Experience with tax systems such as Mastersaf DW and/or Tax One;
- Courses, specializations or continuing education in tax/fiscal matters.
