Key responsibilities & impact

Process Mapping and Optimization: Analyze the DevOps team's operational routines to identify bottlenecks and standardize workflows prior to automation.
Development of Intelligent Automations: Create and maintain AI agents and advanced scripts to automate compliance validation, security checks, and cloud tagging policies.
AIOps Implementation: Configure and manage observability tools that leverage AI models for predictive failure detection and intelligent anomaly analysis.
Enabling AI in the Cloud: Support architecture in configuring and governing environments for LLMs and integrating AI APIs, ensuring secure and efficient use.
Documentation and Standardization: Ensure all processes and automations are documented, serving as the foundation for the team's ongoing technical evolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed)
Strong experience in IT operations and support for multicloud environments.
Proficiency in Python focused on process automation and system integration.
Hands-on knowledge of AI agent orchestration frameworks.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in Cloud governance environments and technical compliance.
Familiarity with process methodologies (Lean IT, Kanban, or BPMN).
