About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead strategic sourcing for IT categories (software, cloud, services, and hardware)
Conduct complex competitive procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers, ensuring competitiveness, risk mitigation, and cost optimization
Act as a business partner to IT teams, supporting scope definition and contracting models
Manage contracts end-to-end (SLAs, price adjustments, renewals, amendments, and terminations)
Perform financial analyses (TCO, benchmarks, savings) to support strategic decisions
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance, and Procurement governance
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, innovation, and continuous improvement
Develop and manage relationships with strategic suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher
Solid experience in Strategic Procurement, preferably in IT
Experience negotiating:
Software (licensing, SaaS)
IT services (consultancies, development centers, squads)
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
IT contracting models (SaaS, perpetual licenses, outsourcing, services)
Strategic sourcing and category management
Financial analysis (TCO, savings, benchmarking)
Procurement and ERP tools (SAP, Ariba or similar)
Advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge desirable
