About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Propose and lead research processes both in-person and remotely, turning learnings into clear opportunities to evolve experience and product
- Identify opportunities to improve experience and operational efficiency, connecting real in-pharmacy usage needs to prioritizable initiatives
- Communicate findings and proposals with product, engineering and business areas, contributing to better evolution of our solutions
- Make hypotheses tangible into concrete product proposals, following their evolution throughout the development cycle
- Connect real business and market needs with our pharmacies
- Assist in decision-making about the products they work on, together with business areas, product, engineering and design leadership
- Work collaboratively and with influence, both with design peers and with product, engineering and business teams, building relationships of trust
- Make hypotheses tangible into concrete product proposals and monitor their progress throughout the development cycle
- Plan and run business, technical and design discoveries
- Propose and conduct qualitative and exploratory research processes, define hypotheses, conduct interviews, observations and syntheses of actionable insights with business areas, operations teams and customers, both remotely and in-person
- Advanced and fluid prototyping at different fidelity levels for exploration, validation and decision-making
- Apply and validate high-fidelity usability tests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
- Experience with complex and interdependent corporate and/or retail flows, performing mappings and facilitating understanding of these
- Experience with design systems—using, creating and evolving components and patterns
- Experience designing and evolving usability flows for digital products, both for end customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity of use and consistency of experience
- Experience using data to support decision-making and to understand the contexts and needs of processes and products
- Knowledge of AI-based design tools, such as FigmaMake and Lovable
- Inquisitive profile with a strong investigative mindset
- High proactivity in seeking information and understanding context
- Strong communication skills, especially for translating complex topics to different audiences
- Ease interacting with business areas, absorbing and structuring requests
- Ability to operate in environments with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
- Collaborative and open to constant exchange with the team
