About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead categories: skincare, lip balm and repellents (possible change). Monitor revenue, margin and market share results for the categories (targets).
  • Develop omnichannel projects together with internal teams and category suppliers (initiation of the PGC process with strategic suppliers).
  • Work cross-functionally, conducting investigative analysis and delivering new category insights.
  • Actively participate in feasibility analysis for introducing new products, alongside portfolio and procurement teams, considering the category role, product demand, margin and selling price.
  • Support stores with product requests and merchandising/exposure.
  • Define 1P product mix strategy.
  • Define in-store merchandising and product placement.
  • Align with the RD Brands team for future development and management of the current portfolio.
  • Align with the Purchasing team to ensure category and supplier strategies are synchronized.
  • Work on assortment challenges and development of new projects.
  • Improve customer-related KPIs through category management (GC) initiatives involving multiple areas.
  • Serve as the product group specialist, ensuring the best strategic and tactical plan (assortment, target audience, positioning, etc.).
  • Track emerging beauty market trends that are gaining traction on social media.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Degree in fields related to administrative areas (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Pharmacy, Engineering, Advertising/Publicity).
  • Relevant courses: Specializations focused on business, management, marketing and retail. Postgraduate studies are a plus.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Advanced Excel (familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, chart creation).
  • Advanced Power BI.
  • Experience analyzing market results (IQVIA, Nielsen and Scanntech).
  • Experience with Dunnhumby for tracking customer indicators and category results.
