About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the technical and analytical data reference for Accounts Payable, responsible for preparing, monitoring, analyzing and supporting the management of performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility, data reliability and decision-support for leadership and operational teams.
  • Structure and maintain the Accounts Payable KPI portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategy, governance and operations.
  • Develop performance, efficiency, quality, risk and compliance indicators.
  • Ensure conceptual consistency and correct application of business rules for indicators, avoiding distortions and rework.
  • Analyze operational and financial data, identifying deviations, trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce critical analyses that support management decision-making and prioritization of actions.
  • Act as a bridge between data and operations, translating numbers into practical recommendations.
  • Create, evolve and maintain management and operational dashboards, ensuring automation and reliability of data sources.
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations, management reports and recurring area materials.
  • Document metrics, rules and data sources, contributing to information governance.
  • Support coordinators and managers in performance monitoring and visual management.
  • Interact with areas such as Tax, Accounting, Procurement, Master Data, PDC and Technology to align data and indicators.
  • Act consultatively in defining targets, action plans and monitoring results.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and continuous process improvement.
  • Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives, including RPA, automations and workflow reviews.
  • Experience analyzing data and indicators in financial areas.
  • Experience building and monitoring operational and financial KPIs.
  • Experience performing critical data analysis and generating insights to support decision-making.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and higher-complexity environments will be considered a plus.
  • Experience developing and maintaining management and operational dashboards.
  • Experience in continuous improvement, automation and process transformation initiatives will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in shared services environments (SSC/CSC) will be considered a plus.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience analyzing data and building indicators in financial areas.
  • Experience defining, monitoring and evolving operational and financial KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development and DAX.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with strong experience in data manipulation, formulas and analyses.
  • Knowledge of SAP (FI/MM modules) for data reading and extraction will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data tools will be considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Clear and objective communication, with the ability to translate data into executive messages.
  • Collaborative profile, working closely with operational teams.
  • Autonomy, curiosity and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in shared services centers (SSC/CSC).
  • Experience with large data volumes and high-complexity scenarios.
  • Experience in automation, process improvement or transformation initiatives (e.g., RPA).
