About the role

  • Project experience: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects, from scope definition through implementation and evaluation of results.
  • Map and analyze existing workflows, documenting current processes (AS-IS) and proposing optimized processes (TO-BE).
  • Facilitate workshops and improvement events with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify root causes of problems and build statistical views of variation and correlation, among others, to support client decision-making.
  • Manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives, prioritizing based on objectives and considering impact and effort.
  • Promote continuous improvement concepts among employees, acting as a change agent.
  • Prepare executive presentations with results, savings, and the impact of improvements.
  • Support process standardization.
  • Innovate with ideas and solutions for complex challenges.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methods: methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality management tools.
  • Management Tools: experience with project management tools, as well as data analysis and presentation software such as Excel, PowerPoint and BI.
  • Proficiency in quality tools: knowledge of tools such as flowcharts, histograms, control charts and other techniques for process analysis and improvement such as DEMAIC, PDCA and 5S.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
