About the role

  • Serve as the Supply Chain focal point for the product donation process: identify donation opportunities and oversee the entire end-to-end (E2E) process.
  • Restructure the product transfer process between pharmacies to ensure full tracking of goods movement, monitoring indicators, and inventory accuracy.
  • Develop, structure, and maintain performance indicators (KPIs) in Power BI, ensuring clarity and reliability of information.
  • Identify deviations and root causes to support decision-making.
  • Support the team and peers in integrating or maintaining activities, working collaboratively to foster productive and efficient relationships.
  • Work autonomously and proactively: manage routines, deliver training, lead projects, and represent the area in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Tax, Accounting, and IT teams.
  • Experience in Supply/Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning & Control (PCP), Logistics Planning, or Demand Planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Inventory Management Technology, Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics or related).
  • MS Office (Excel intermediate/advanced, PowerPoint).
  • Power BI – intermediate, or experience with other BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
  • Alteryx or similar ETL tools.
  • SQL for querying and data extraction.
  • Python – a plus.
  • Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
