About the role

  • Structure and monitor operational metrics such as: TME (Average Wait Time), TMA (Average Handling Time), agent productivity, Service Level, and SLAs for regulatory channels;
  • Create dashboards, analyses, and studies that support performance improvements and operational efficiency;
  • Automate workflows, reports, and repetitive deliveries to reduce manual effort while ensuring information governance;
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of data used by Operations;
  • Conduct root cause analyses, forecasts, and operational scenario simulations;
  • Serve as a technical data reference within the operation, supporting leadership and tactical teams;
  • Integrate information from different customer service systems (IVR, CRM, omnichannel platforms, special channels tools, etc.).

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (ANSI, Window Functions, CTEs, query optimization);
  • Experience with dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and governance best practices;
  • Experience handling large volumes of data (BigQuery, Redshift, Azure SQL, Snowflake, or similar);
  • Version control and code best practices (Git);
  • Knowledge of APIs, platform integrations, and automation (REST, JSON).
