About the role

  • The position will be responsible for supporting activities related to the management of the rental contract portfolio, ensuring correct processing and payment of rent.
  • Monitoring and control of the rental contract portfolio;
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of management reports;
  • Support for the financial provisions process;
  • Monitoring and resolution of outstanding issues with suppliers, ensuring payment deadlines and compliance;
  • Interface with internal departments to clarify questions and regularize processes.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in routines for managing and controlling rent payments.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Analytical skills to identify variances, assess risks, and determine levels of criticality.
