About the role

  • Manage the department’s projects and processes.
  • Mobilize and engage multidisciplinary teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration for the execution of campaigns and strategic projects.
  • Responsible for interpreting dashboards and data, extracting information, working with numbers and in-depth analyses, and developing projections to support decision-making.
  • Map opportunities to improve processes and strategies, suggesting innovative solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Serve as the interface with squads and partner areas (Growth, Operations, Commercial) for integrated execution of actions.
  • Analyze and monitor engagement and conversion metrics, recommending improvements to increase results.
  • Act as focal point for communication with internal and external partners related to marketing activities.
  • Develop strategic materials to support decision-making.
  • Conduct alignment meetings with partner areas to ensure integrated execution.
  • Negotiate with the commercial team to define offers, terms, and campaign strategies.
  • Prepare and manage monthly and seasonal catalogs and special campaigns (e.g., Black Friday), ensuring alignment with internal teams.
  • Ensure the quality of content across digital channels and in-store materials.
  • Monitor audits and fraud prevention processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Support the definition and updating of campaign regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Office suite — advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience in business, loyalty, or project areas.
  • Data knowledge (SQL).
  • Power BI.
