About the role
- Responsible for payroll routines with a focus on terminations, including:
- – Processing termination payrolls;
- – Setting up payments;
- – Calculating amounts;
- – Verifying data;
- – Calculating labor charges, among other tasks.
- Responding to requests via:
- – Email;
- – Internal ticketing system;
- – Microsoft Teams.
- Monitoring and directing activities such as:
- – Completing checklists;
- – Scheduling the operational activities of the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Mathematics, Accounting or related fields;
- Experience in HR/Payroll routines;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with the LG system is desirable;
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll routines with a focus on terminations.
