About the role

  • The position will be responsible for supporting activities related to the management of the lease contract portfolio, ensuring the correct processing and payment of rent.
  • Control and monitoring of the rental contract portfolio;
  • Support in the preparation and monitoring of management reports;
  • Support for the financial provisions process;
  • Monitoring and resolution of outstanding issues with suppliers, ensuring deadlines and payment compliance;
  • Interface with internal departments to clarify questions and regularize processes.
  • The role seeks an organized, analytical professional with an interest in developing knowledge in finance and contracts.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel at an intermediate or advanced level;
  • Experience in routines for managing and controlling rent payments;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP;
  • Analytical skills to identify variances, assess risks and determine levels of criticality.
