About the role

  • Lead the implementation of complex logistics automation and continuous improvement projects;
  • Oversee projects from concept through final delivery of automation/robotization initiatives;
  • Act as PMO between project stakeholders (suppliers and internal departments);
  • Perform technical validation of automation/robotization projects and supplier contracts;
  • Develop studies and business cases to define automation strategies aligned with the company’s expansion strategy;
  • Design, develop and monitor KPIs for the robotic and automated systems across the company’s distribution centers;
  • Serve as a technical reference for innovation in logistics and industrial automation;
  • Prospect and evaluate new technologies in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation or Project Management;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • Power BI — a plus;
  • Knowledge and experience in data analysis;
  • Interest in logistics automation projects and Supply Chain;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across different areas;
  • Experience with MS Project;
  • Availability for occasional travel;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and innovation;
  • Language: English is a plus.
