About the role
- Manage the expiration dates of licenses and registrations (certificates, licenses, and CNES)
- Coordinate and monitor Health Surveillance (Vigilância Sanitária) inspections with internal departments and public authorities
- Maintain follow-up on processes with service providers, pharmacies, and internal teams
- Provide guidance to stores regarding required documents and inspections by regulatory bodies, such as the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) and Health Surveillance (Vigilância Sanitária)
- Required experience and knowledge of the licenses and registrations listed above
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed: Administration, Architecture, Pharmacy, or Law
- Experience managing documents, licenses, and certificates
- Basic Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
