About the role
- Execution and monitoring of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including sector analysis and performing valuation (building, reviewing and discussing models), with familiarity with transactional materials and documentation;
- Preparation, updating and management of financial models, ensuring consistency in growth assumptions, margins, profitability and cash generation;
- Consolidation and analysis of the portfolio's financial performance, including monitoring the income statement (DRE/P&L), cash flow, performance indicators and budget projections;
- Support in building the annual budget and the forecast, ensuring alignment with strategic targets and efficient resource allocation;
- Analysis of variances and performance (actual vs. budget), explaining deviations and proposing action plans;
- Support in defining capital allocation strategy and prioritizing investments;
- Evaluation of market opportunities and assessment of the value added by potential partnerships and acquisitions;
- Development of consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering engagement and cross-functional collaboration;
- Preparation of executive presentations for committees and the board, translating financial results and business opportunities into strategic insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in FP&A and mergers and acquisitions processes.
- Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
- Experience in digital businesses and healthcare businesses is a plus.
