Project Manager

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Select trade subcontractors and plan, schedule and co-ordinate their activities
• Manage project budgets and submit monthly progress billings
• Focus on managing the project schedule along with the team through the use of MS Project
• Ensure projects are built to drawing specifications and the timely completion of all site activities
• Communicate regularly with Site Managers and all stakeholders
• Provide leadership to labour force to ensure timely completion of all activities and deliverables
• Develop and maintain positive relations with clients, consultants, architects and subcontractors
