About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a cross-functional agile team within Banking & Lending Digital Products to deliver innovative HNW lending solutions
Define, socialize, and evolve the future-state product roadmap based on market needs
Partner with design, research, technology, legal, risk, and compliance teams to make informed product decisions
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements in collaboration with technology, business, and control partners
Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and enhance lending product processes
Actively review and curate backlog items, prioritize against roadmap, and clarify ambiguous requirements
Engage and coordinate with external vendors to evaluate solutions, manage integrations, and support product delivery timelines
Monitor product health through KPIs and conduct post-launch analysis to validate product assumptions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive product management experience in financial services
Deep, hands-on knowledge of HNW lending products, including Securities-Based Lending, mortgages, and/or tailored lending offerings
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Proven track record building or enhancing digital platforms for advisor and/or client-facing channels
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Exceptional ability to present findings, articulate product vision, and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform decisions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Six Sigma)
