About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead day-to-day IAM operational activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of identity and access services
  • Manage and coordinate access lifecycle processes including provisioning, access changes, certifications, and removal activities
  • Monitor operational queues, prioritize requests, and ensure issues are resolved within established service levels
  • Support IAM controls and governance processes to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with technology teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to resolve access issues and operational challenges
  • Assist with audit activities by providing evidence, validating controls, and ensuring operational procedures are followed
  • Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and knowledge archives to support consistent operations
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in an IAM operations environment with a focus on service delivery, operational controls, and process execution
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, access reviews, and governance processes
  • Ability to analyze access issues, coordinate resolution, and work effectively with technical teams, application owners, and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting audit, risk, and compliance requirements within an IAM environment
  • Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Experience with IAM tools, workflows, and ticketing processes in an IAM operations environment
  • Familiarity with Saviynt, ISC, IIQ or similar IGA
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, directory services, and identity lifecycle concepts
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
  • Experience using SQL to query, analyze, and validate IAM-related data, reporting, and operational metrics
