About the role
- Develop and deliver strategies to support the execution of the sales plans within an assigned market territory and segment.
- Contribute to a differentiated client experience providing Commercial Mortgage services to new and existing clients.
- Complete the full analysis on income-producing real estate properties, underwrite credit submissions to group risk management.
- Price strategically and collect fees, within prescribed guidelines and maintain a balance of growing commercial mortgage revenue, client profitability, and relationship building.
- Effectively manage pipeline and related activities to grow and retain business.
- Deliver financial and business advice through a differentiated value proposition.
Requirements
- Completed post-secondary education and/or 5+ years’ experience in commercial banking or commercial real estate lending
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven financial acumen as well as credit and risk management skills
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions at various stages of the end-to-end sales process as well as other business priorities.
- Experience in commercial real estate lending and/or commercial real estate transactions
