Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of accelerated, high-impact experience in product management, information security, or risk management
  • Expertise in IT risk assessments, using frameworks, policies, and industry best practices to drive tangible results
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Advocacy for Safe AI adoption and a deep understanding of best practices
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Agile delivery and a love for dynamic, iterative workflows
  • Familiarity with RBC’s Enterprise Model Risk Policies
