About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with business partners and application teams across RBC Enterprise to explain the onboarding process and document requirements
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process
- Work with business partners and application teams to ensure onboarded applications continue to be compliant
- Learn architectural patterns relevant to RBC’s IAM services
- Identify and report security risks in accordance with RBC Standards
- Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as requested by the onboarding team: This may include: Review, analyze, and define onboarding requirements as well as contribute to the technical development specifications Test case scenario creation and assisting with test case writing Assisting with DEV, SAI (UAT) and PIV testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have 7+ years experience working with IAM capabilities and solutions
- Must have a strong understanding of IAM concepts and solutions designs for efficient security controls
- Experience with one or more IAM tools: CyberArk PAS, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or Entra ID
- Ability to manage, lead, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction or oversight
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Understanding data sets and generating meaningful reports
- Nice-to-have: Proficient technical experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, etc.), Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), and ServiceNow
- Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP.
