Handle high-volume outbound calls, respond to the calls and handle emails
Deliver excellent service focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization
Responsible for successful fulfillment and servicing of complex transactions and/or investigations
Analyze non-standard and/or specialized transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background with the use of window-based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skills
Proven analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken
Tech proficiency with call center software, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and performing accurate data entry
