About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle high-volume outbound calls, respond to the calls and handle emails
- Deliver excellent service focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization
- Responsible for successful fulfillment and servicing of complex transactions and/or investigations
- Analyze non-standard and/or specialized transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background with the use of window-based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skills
- Proven analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken
- Tech proficiency with call center software, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and performing accurate data entry
