About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple onboarding cases at a time, ensuring client’s onboarding and implementation plans progress in accordance with established expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the structured trade product suite with an understanding of how each product can enable large and complex businesses to meet their specific needs.
- Work closely with Client Implementation and Sales team to analyze client’s product requirements to understand their unique needs to develop and execute onboarding process for clients.
- Effectively engage partners for critical activities in support of the onboarding process.
- Work in collaboration with a broader Implementation and Sales Team in Transaction Banking to identify, plan & deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for clients.
- Work to adhere or be ahead of Service level agreements for Onboarding
- Participate in adhoc projects related to Client onboarding and Implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in a financial services role that involved understanding of Commercial or Corporate client structures, preferably with a focus on trade finance
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills with ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of delivering an exceptional client experience
- Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
