About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple onboarding cases at a time, ensuring client’s onboarding and implementation plans progress in accordance with established expectations.
Develop a deep understanding of the structured trade product suite with an understanding of how each product can enable large and complex businesses to meet their specific needs.
Work closely with Client Implementation and Sales team to analyze client’s product requirements to understand their unique needs to develop and execute onboarding process for clients.
Effectively engage partners for critical activities in support of the onboarding process.
Work in collaboration with a broader Implementation and Sales Team in Transaction Banking to identify, plan & deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for clients.
Work to adhere or be ahead of Service level agreements for Onboarding
Participate in adhoc projects related to Client onboarding and Implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of demonstrated excellence in a financial services role that involved understanding of Commercial or Corporate client structures, preferably with a focus on trade finance
Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills with ability to work under pressure
Proven track record of delivering an exceptional client experience
Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
