About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Successfully transition experienced advisor recruits and their clients to RBC
  • Own end-to-end execution of small, mid-, and large-sized onboards
  • Understand onboarding phases and communicate to interested parties and plan resources
  • Be proficient in RBC's account opening and client servicing platforms
  • Manage and coach a team of Financial Advisor Transition Consultants
  • Partner with Complex and Branch leadership to coordinate and execute onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience
  • 10+ years experience at a wealth management firm
  • Proven dedication to and focus on client service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership
  • Demonstrated experience supporting financial advisors and client associates at a wealth management firm (Nice-to-have)
  • Series 7, 66 and/or 9/10 (Nice-to-have)
