About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Successfully transition experienced advisor recruits and their clients to RBC
Own end-to-end execution of small, mid-, and large-sized onboards
Understand onboarding phases and communicate to interested parties and plan resources
Be proficient in RBC's account opening and client servicing platforms
Manage and coach a team of Financial Advisor Transition Consultants
Partner with Complex and Branch leadership to coordinate and execute onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience
10+ years experience at a wealth management firm
Proven dedication to and focus on client service
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership
Demonstrated experience supporting financial advisors and client associates at a wealth management firm (Nice-to-have)
Series 7, 66 and/or 9/10 (Nice-to-have)
