About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the Business Engagement team in change projects/initiatives, data remediation, governance, business forums and focused working groups.
- Work with colleagues throughout the business to ensure system and process changes are implemented with due consideration of the requirements of CFT.
- Produce CFT support material for data remediation projects.
- Produce draft communications as well as stakeholder and MI summary packs.
- Lead communication channels with CFTs including: Teams Calls, Teams Chat, Drop into office / regional calls to update on Change and Data projects.
- Manage escalations which are either raised by the CAO team or wider business functions to conclusion.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience within the financial services sector, ideally within a wealth management environment.
- Proven experience in a role with comparable responsibilities.
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes and technological impact on relevant areas.
- Up to date knowledge of the regulatory environment and the challenges affecting Wealth Management.
- Ability to travel to UK branch locations as required to support engagement activities.
- An eagerness to utilise AI to create efficiencies in the organisation and be innovative with solving problems.
