About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work within a dynamic environment where you are encouraged to aid in process improvement and work with autonomy.
Develop and Review processes and procedures
Support and assist with new and renewal licensing applications
Create and maintain all client and licensing records in applicable systems
Collaborate and support the Channel Design and Initiative Delivery team on projects impacting the group distribution channel
Review and clean up data within the Salesforce platform to improve platform efficiency
Perform data classification review and updates for Insurance's applications/systems
Gain hands-on exposure to the processes involved in transitioning products from development to production, including release planning, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-production validation.
Design and implement data-driven solutions to support the CIO office's strategic initiatives.
Ensure alignment with the Enterprise data classification as outlined in the Enterprise Data Security Standards.
Actively participate in the development and/or monitoring of controls to support compliance requirements and risks identified.
Document processes or upgrade existing procedure manuals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, operations, and product development, to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Science
Knowledge in Building, Documenting, and Assessing Processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills
Analytical Thinking and strong data literacy
Ability to think critically and 'outside the box'
Experience with End User Reporting Tools (ex. Tableau) and with CRM Tools (ex. Salesforce)
Actuarial Knowledge and Insurance industry knowledge
Familiar with SQL and Power BI
