Wealth Management Administrative Assistant, Fall (4-16 months)
RBCCo-op position as Administrative Assistant in Wealth Management at RBC. Responsible for client support and administrative tasks for Advisors in a dynamic team environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.
- Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
- Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
- Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding and maintenance of existing client accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.
- Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.
- Stay current with all RBC Policies & Procedures
- Provide support on assigned projects, conducting research, and sharing information with the team.
- Answering basic inquiries and resolving routine problems regarding products and services via calls, email, or internet chat.
- Ensure trades are processed accurately and on a timely basis
- Manage all aspects of account opening and documentation and maintain client cash flows and balances
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have Bilingualism (English and French) required
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- High level of time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Nice to have Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Interest in the Canadian investment landscape.
