About the role
- Lead CyberArk AI Agent Implementations: Drive the full lifecycle of CyberArk Secure AI Agents, including deployment, configuration, and integration with existing IAM ecosystems.
- Act as a CyberArk AI SME: Provide expert guidance on AI-driven PAM strategies, including automated access provisioning, anomaly detection, and compliance monitoring.
- Optimize AI-Powered Workflows: Develop and refine AI models and scripts to automate PAM processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with IT, Security, DevOps, and Compliance teams to align AI-driven IAM initiatives with business and regulatory goals.
- Solve AI-Integrated Challenges: Diagnose complex technical issues in AI agent workflows, leveraging root-cause analysis and innovative solutions.
- Ensure Project Success: Manage deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies, track progress in tools like Jira, and maintain clear documentation (runbooks, troubleshooting guide, training logs).
- Influence Stakeholders: Communicate AI-driven IAM strategies to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment on timelines, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor AI agent performance, identify optimization opportunities, and stay ahead of emerging threats and industry trends.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of IAM/PAM experience, with 3+ years hands-on CyberArk or other security product implementation or support.
- Proven experience with AI/ML tools in cybersecurity contexts (e.g., automated threat detection, access provisioning, or compliance monitoring).
- Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., CyberArk Secure AI Agents, custom LLMs) for IAM tasks.
- Project leadership experience: Coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering complex IAM/AI projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities: A track record of innovating solutions for AI-driven security challenges.
- Documentation skills: Maintaining technical runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and compliance (e.g., data privacy, bias mitigation) in enterprise security contexts.
- Programming proficiency for automation, AI model integration, and workflow orchestration.
- Deep understanding of IAM principles, including privileged access security, identity governance, and zero-trust architectures.
- Agile/Scrum familiarity and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Nice-to-have: CyberArk Certified Defender (CADEF) or equivalent certification.
- AI/ML certifications.
- Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
- Cloud IAM experience (AWS IAM, Azure AD).
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) skills (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders across business units.
