About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the platform or functional senior leader by collaborating, influencing and providing guidance on all aspects of Human Resources
Partner with the business, establish a strong relationship as a trusted advisor
Provide advice, coaching and support to senior leaders on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and talent management
Lead programs, projects, and initiatives with the business and Global Markets HRBP team
Serve as an effective liaison between the Business, Global HR, HRSC and COEs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of professional HRBP and/or COE experience
Strong understanding of US employment framework and working practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills
Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
