💰 $120,000 - $190,000 per year

About the role

  • Support the platform or functional senior leader by collaborating, influencing and providing guidance on all aspects of Human Resources
  • Partner with the business, establish a strong relationship as a trusted advisor
  • Provide advice, coaching and support to senior leaders on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and talent management
  • Lead programs, projects, and initiatives with the business and Global Markets HRBP team
  • Serve as an effective liaison between the Business, Global HR, HRSC and COEs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HRBP and/or COE experience
  • Strong understanding of US employment framework and working practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
