💰 $120,000 - $190,000 per year
About the role
- Support the platform or functional senior leader by collaborating, influencing and providing guidance on all aspects of Human Resources
- Partner with the business, establish a strong relationship as a trusted advisor
- Provide advice, coaching and support to senior leaders on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and talent management
- Lead programs, projects, and initiatives with the business and Global Markets HRBP team
- Serve as an effective liaison between the Business, Global HR, HRSC and COEs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional HRBP and/or COE experience
- Strong understanding of US employment framework and working practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
