Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as counsel providing regulatory guidance and legal advice to RBC's Swap Dealer and Security-Based Swap Dealer
Serve as secondary counsel to RBCCM’s Macro and Spread (Fixed Income) sales & trading businesses
Advise on regulatory considerations and new initiatives
Perform major role in collaborating with front office, Litigation, and control functions across the enterprise
Assist in managing external counsel relationships

What you’ll need
