Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
5+ years of related design experience in a highly regulated professional services environment
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Office
Strong foundational knowledge of graphic design principles
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse design work across multiple mediums
Proven ability to execute within brand guidelines while applying creative judgment
Strong communication skills across marketing, product, and communications teams
Experience following a workflow within a project management platform
Working knowledge of print production specifications and digital/web asset requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
