About the role

  • Develop a deep understanding of the core trade product suite with an understanding of how each product can enable large and complex businesses to meet their specific needs
  • Analyze client’s product requirements to understand their unique needs to develop and execute a tailored implementation plan
  • Lead multiple implementation cases at a time, ensuring client’s onboarding and implementation plans progress in accordance with established expectations
  • Effectively engage partners for critical activities in support of the implementation process
  • Work in collaboration with a broader Implementation and Integration Team in Commercial Banking to identify, plan & deliver an exceptional implementation plan for clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements
  • Facilitate a seamless transition to servicing partners upon completing implementation, ensuring clients have clarity and confidence in their products, services and available support

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated excellence in a financial service role that involved client interactions focused on trade finance and/or leading projects
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business acumen and ability to provide meaningful advice
  • Proven track record of delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
  • Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce or equivalent work experience
