About the role
- Accountable and responsible for coordinating and managing ATM implementation activities to install, add new, move or change ATM coverage
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with our ATM vendors (ATM technicians; riggers)
- Work closely with Relationship Manager, ATM Channel to plan out IMAC activities
- Actively communicate with retailer, region and ATM Channel Team on plan and progress
- Provide support to ATM Team to manage ATM escalations, routing effectively to responsible team members
- Actively problem solve and manage implementation issues
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French languages
- Post-secondary education
- Experience (>2 years)
- Experience with project management, coordination, execution, collaboration across vendors and internal partners
- Experience with ATM business
