About the role

  • Accountable and responsible for coordinating and managing ATM implementation activities to install, add new, move or change ATM coverage
  • Proactively communicate and coordinate with our ATM vendors (ATM technicians; riggers)
  • Work closely with Relationship Manager, ATM Channel to plan out IMAC activities
  • Actively communicate with retailer, region and ATM Channel Team on plan and progress
  • Provide support to ATM Team to manage ATM escalations, routing effectively to responsible team members
  • Actively problem solve and manage implementation issues

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French languages
  • Post-secondary education
  • Experience (>2 years)
  • Experience with project management, coordination, execution, collaboration across vendors and internal partners
  • Experience with ATM business
