About the role
- Project Management – Lead, oversee, or assist in the development and continuous improvement of project management procedures, documentation, and tools.
- Support the coordination of large or complex initiatives and mentor junior members on best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting – Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of ICFR reporting and dashboards.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities, recommend, and implement enhancements to ICFR processes, documentation, and systems, particularly in higher-risk or cross-functional areas.
- Audit Support – Coordinate with external / internal stakeholders to facilitate audit requests in providing necessary documentation and update of the ICFR program to support audit processes.
- Mentorship – Provide informal mentorship and guidance to Analysts and new team members to strengthen analytical and reporting capabilities within the team.
- Ad Hoc and Senior Management Support – Partner with senior management to support special projects, deep dives, and process analyses. Provide well-researched recommendations and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, produce high-quality work, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
- Strong time management capabilities; deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with document management and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Tableau, Power Query, Power BI, etc.).
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience handling higher-risk or complex ICFR-related work, including testing, process documentation, or remediation efforts.
