About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business development and retention activities through maintenance and automation of investment management marketing materials
  • Support marketing materials for US institutional, intermediary, and wealth management clients and consultants
  • Project-manage fund and strategy commentaries, pitchbooks, factsheets, product profiles, and other marketing collateral
  • Source non-automated data for marketing materials
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and communicate project status, issues, and resolutions
  • Develop ad hoc custom marketing PowerPoint presentations with sales and compliance personnel
  • Use Seismic for content maintenance, management, data automation, and distribution
  • Develop understanding of US regulatory rules to support materials creation and maintenance
  • Support process improvement projects and other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services marketing or operations
  • Proficiency in working with technology and AI to improve processes and productivity
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Asset management firm experience (nice-to-have)
  • Graphic design experience (nice-to-have)
