About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical support to the estimator and supervisor by preparing simpler takeoffs (e.g., light fixtures, sanitary fixtures and fittings, and wood/aluminum frames) while developing the ability to read project drawings so you can assist with more complex takeoffs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Reading and interpreting project drawings;
Understanding of estimating processes;
Assistance in preparing technical and commercial proposals;
Quantity takeoffs;
Other activities related to Civil Engineering;
Recording extras/variations in the control spreadsheet;
Preparation (under supervision) of service scopes;
Estimating for smaller and less complex projects;
Completing and monitoring the services follow-up spreadsheet.
