About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the overall business relationship with Target and serve as the primary sales lead for the account
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives
  • Lead demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Secure and manage purchase orders, promotional commitments, and retail program execution
  • Drive effective promotional planning and merchandising strategies to maximize sell-through and category performance
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present strategic business updates to senior leadership
  • Manage credit, MDF, and trade investment administration to ensure operational excellence and ROI accountability
  • Maintain deep expertise in all aspects of the Target business model, systems, merchandising processes, and organizational structure
  • Monitor competitive activity, category trends, and emerging consumer opportunities to identify growth initiatives
  • Establish and lead processes for long-term strategic product planning between Razer and Target
  • Partner closely with Razer’s global product teams and Target merchant/vendor management teams to develop future-focused retail initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on custom, exclusive, and strategic product opportunities
  • Ensure key initiatives remain on schedule and are executed flawlessly across product, supply chain, marketing, and retail operations teams
  • Identify and resolve execution gaps, pricing challenges, and timeline risks proactively
  • Lead development of joint marketing and go-to-market plans that maximize revenue potential and strengthen the strategic partnership
  • Act as a key connector between sales, product marketing, merchandising, retail marketing, and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or related retail sales/account management
  • Proven experience managing mass retail channel accounts, with a strong preference for prior Target experience
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising, forecasting, supply chain coordination, and promotional planning
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong product marketing instincts and commercial savvy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong business planning and financial management skills
