About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the Razer Gold Digital Wallet ecosystem.
Shape intelligent wallet experiences, optimizing payment operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global markets.
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities within the Razer Gold Digital Wallet platform.
Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI to improve wallet performance, risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Translate business problems into clear AI use cases, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making.
Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered wallet features such as fraud and risk detection, transaction monitoring, and anomaly detection.
Define success metrics and monitor performance of AI-driven features, including model accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles within fintech, digital payments, or technology-driven environments
Proven experience delivering digital wallet, mobile app, payments, or fintech products, including end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to production (0 → 1 or scale-up)
Hands-on experience managing mobile applications (iOS/Android), including feature design, user experience optimization, release management, and performance monitoring
Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven systems
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as predictive modelling, classification and anomaly detection, model evaluation, performance monitoring, data pipelines, and model deployment
Strong familiarity with digital wallet or payment ecosystems, including transaction flows, settlement processes, and operational workflows
Experience working with data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to support data-driven decision-making
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery coordination
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, data, risk, compliance, and business teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
Experience working in global digital commerce or multi-market platforms with cross-border regulatory or operational considerations
Experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment is a plus.
