About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the financial operations of the organization, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial planning and analysis.
- Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and reporting guidelines.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
- Execute and record payroll processing, financial transactions, including OPEX, CAPEX, accounts payable, and receivable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Chartered Accountant or ACCA / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience of Big 4 audit firm will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations particularly relating to employees’ benefits
- Proficiency in financial & HR software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
