About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide remote IT support to end users across multiple managed clients
- Troubleshoot user issues related to laptops, desktops, accounts, permissions, email, and general IT operations
- Support both Microsoft and Google workplace environments
- Manage IT tickets through various platforms with clear documentation and ownership
- Collaborate closely with client’s internal IT team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar client-facing IT role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
- Hands-on familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience supporting collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Basic awareness of cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection
