About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assists Financial Advisors and provides clients with quality service
  • Services a high volume of daily interactions, including inquiries and scheduling of meetings
  • Works independently and within a team to provide support
  • Processes client financial transactions and expense reports
  • Opens new client accounts and researches client and security information
  • Ensures accuracy of client paperwork and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred
  • Skill in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Excel, including developing spreadsheets as needed
  • Effective communication across multiple client interactive platforms (in-person, virtual, phone, and mail)
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and using required software applications
  • Analyze and research account information
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments
  • Take initiative and proactively follow up on submitted items
