About the role

- Researches and resolves escalated issues regarding clients’ accounts
- Determines best method to ensure client satisfaction
- Follows up to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicates and coordinates with Home Office departments to resolve issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- three (3) years experience in the financial services industry
- experience in related service experience preferred
- SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required
