Senior Registered Virtual Client Service Associate
Raymond JamesSupports financial advisors at Raymond James by providing virtual client service and administrative support. Facilitates client account maintenance and enhances the client experience through effective communication.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports Financial advisors and their prospective and existing clients and other branch staff team members
- Communicates with assigned advisors proactively on a daily basis
- Manages client account maintenance activities
- Delivers client support including meeting preparation, running reports, and special outreach projects
- Provides high caliber service to clients by responding to inquiries and requests promptly
- Researches complex client situations and communicates with home office departments for timely resolutions
- Assists with prospective clients providing consultation and education regarding the Raymond James and Associates platform
- Coordinates /oversees the transition process for new client transition of accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience
- Branch experience preferred ~or~ An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources
- SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied
- Series 7 required
- Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state
- Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations if required by state
