Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale HR initiatives
Establish and mature project management practices across HR

Requirements

What you’ll need

10–15+ years of experience in project management
6+ years of people leadership experience preferred
Experience project managing M&A integrations highly preferred
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a matrixed organization
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
