Inside Sales Representative – Part-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Phone cold-calling and initial outreach to clinics.
- Lead qualification and appointment scheduling for the sales team.
- Systematic follow-up and continuous expansion of the sales pipeline.
- Use of provided target account and contact lists.
- Structured documentation of all activities in our CRM (HubSpot).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or headhunting/recruiting.
- Strong affinity for prospecting and a "hunter" mindset.
- High self-motivation; structured and reliable way of working.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and follow-ups.
- Confident, friendly, and goal-oriented manner on the phone and in written communication.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage but not required.
