About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic and operational responsibility for customer development in the hospital sector.
- Independent acquisition of strategically relevant customers and expansion of the network within the healthcare sector.
- Management of the entire sales process from needs assessment to closing.
- Revenue responsibility for specific segments and active pipeline management to achieve targets.
- Diligent CRM maintenance and KPI-driven work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid B2B sales experience with service and/or software/SaaS solutions.
- Confident presence and persuasive ability when dealing with decision-makers.
- Proven track record in building and expanding customer relationships and closing complex deals.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and self-directed working style.
- Strong understanding of clinical and hospital workflows with technical affinity.
