About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by managing and supporting the telephone hotline
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, including creating and processing new orders based on phone requests
- Prepare, review, and adjust customer invoices, and actively support the implementation of an in-house invoice-based payment process
- Continuously develop and optimize customer service templates, communication standards, and workflows to improve customer satisfaction
- Independently manage special and exceptional cases, collaborating closely with the logistics manager to resolve complex issues
- Implement modern e-commerce customer service practices and introduce new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Analyze customer feedback and service-related data to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted enhancements
- Create reports and performance analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of customer service initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and high-quality customer service operations
Requirements
- fluent in German (verbal & written) in a professional setting
- initial experience in customer service or a related, people-facing role
